Summer Solstice Series with Chef Theresia Palmetzhofer

Austrian cuisine, comes to Goldener Hirsch on July 31 and August 1. Named Female Chef of the Year 2023 by Rolling Pin and holder of four toques from Gault & Millau, Chef Palmetzhofer brings a refined yet deeply rooted sensibility to the alpine table, drawing on the seasonal rhythms and flavors of her home region in Lower Austria.

Launching the second installment of the Alpine Terroir summer series, this intimate evening celebrates the tradition and innovation, where elevated alpine cuisine meets the mountains of Deer Valley for a memorable dining experience.

A curated wine pairing is offered at $175++ per person and may be added the evening of the event.

Guests are also invited to begin the weekend with Apfel & Dough on July 30, Chef Theresia’s hands-on apple strudel workshop celebrating one of Austria’s most beloved culinary traditions.
